You will need to set the correct DNS in order for your domain to work with your website and emails. Find out the DNS of the hosting server, for example if you were hosted on our #1 Web Works server the DNS is ns1.webworksau.com.au and ns2.webworksau.com.au but if you are hosted on our server #2 or #3 or #4 then your DNS would be different.
Your DNS settings are usually supplied on your hosting account details and these need to be set correctly in order to work. Once you know your correct settings you should log into domain management portal, find the DNS settings area and put them there.

Domain Contact Email Change
When we manage a domain name for you the first thing we do is set the email address to ours to save you the registrant getting scammed by the shonky dealers out there. Being a public record spammers and scammers use your domain registration email address to send you all kinds of spam and scams trying to have you register your domain with them at highly inflated prices or registering similar sounding names as yours to trick you into buying. We change the contact email to ours to prevent these types of scammers and ensure all real domain notices are acted upon when required.
Once a domain falls out of management the contact email address will be changed back to the registrant’s email so keep your eyes out for the scams.
